Vintage Kuchi High Dome Ring

This vintage Kuchi tribal dome ring is a piece of Afghan ethnic jewellery, expertly crafted from a traditional mixed-metal coin alloy known as "gillet" or German silver. The statement ring features a prominent, high-domed silhouette heavily embellished with intricate, hand-soldered wire filigree and twisted rope borders. At the focal point sits a vibrant, smooth cabochon centerpiece that resembles dyed howlite, surrounded by concentric rings of smaller blue-green faux-turquoise accents. Displaying a rich, darkened antique patina that highlights its meticulous tribal metalwork.

 Good Vintage Condition

Some aged related patina which only makes it more charming.

The ring band looks a little bronzed and has lost some of silver coating. You don’t see any of this when wearing under the high dome.

The photos form part of the description so have a good nose. I delicately clean pieces in need but try and not remove patina from vintage or antique pieces as this removes the story of the piece.
